Welcome to the Fairfax Workforce Development Program

FRDC offers a workforce development program in partnership with the Cleveland Clinic and other area employers to recruit City of Cleveland residents for employment. The program offers soft skill development, financial literacy, referral to supportive services and paid training opportunities to residents of wards 4, 5 & 6. Orientation sessions are held Wednesdays at 10:30am at 8111 Quincy, Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete registration. *You must call and register for the orientation sessions at (216) 361-8400.

Opportunity Corridor

The purpose of the Opportunity Corridor Project is to improve the transportation system between I-490/I-77 and University Circle in Cleveland. Ohio Department of Transportation has committed funding to residents of Wards 4, 5, and 6 for training and employment supportive services. Please contact our agency for further information.
